Today at Work...

I decided to clean the top of the coffee maker. This is because the raspberry syrup bottle has issues and likes to spray raspberry goo in all directions except for into the blender. What I did not notice, however, was that the coffee machine had just been turned on. And, that while I was cleaning the top, it caused the pot to move out from under the drip. I did not notice for a few minutes in fact. By the time I did notice there was coffee all over everything. It took a long time to clean up. Quite unfortunate.

Good job. I think it's mandatory that you screw up a couple of times while working at a coffee shop. If nothing else, for the story.

This summer I convinced Jack-a-mo to buy a coffee maker, and to make us Fair Trade organic coffee every morning. It had a timer, so he set it up to be ready for drinking at wake up time. But the first time he used it he put too many grounds and it got clogged. So, at wake up time, there was coffee all over his table.
