Cooked Chicken

Today I decided to have chicken for dinner. Then I decided that I was to impatient to dethaw it and then cook it. That just takes too long. So I cooked it in the microwave. Did you know that when you cook chicken, from frozen, in the microwave it does not taste so good? Well if you didn't before, now you do. It kinda turned a funny color, and was really chewy and dry. Of course I ate it anyways...I was hungry. But for future reference, BAD IDEA.

My aunt ate a whole orange yesterday... peel and all. I made turkey breasts today in celebration of american thanksgiving... but I did not microwave them, and they were really good.

Mmm, you can defrost the chicken in the microwave and THEN cook it. That's what I do and Jord never complains.

If you cook it with the defrost setting... Its pretty decent.. although if you leave it too long it does dry out and get gross...
